Deryk is a blessing and glad I bank with PNC
We made an appt to open a retirement account. When we arrived the person we were suppose to see was at lunch and did not return until well after our appt then he sat in his office dealing with phone calls that came in during lunch. We finally walked out since they don’t care to have our money.
