I appreciate the people at this branch. They are always kind and accommodating. One of their employees Mark was a tremendous help today.
Angel asked me about my day at it was lovely. 🥺 Actually tho employees are great always been good to me I know local branches get bad reviews because of online experiences like my experience with PNC credit card division but otherwise great local branch!
I don’t know why these people say so many bad things about this PNC! I’ve been using these guys for years and they’ve been nothing but kind, helpful, and empathetic. They always remember me and my family and it’s really a blessing to have such a great bank to go to! Anytime I need help they provided seamlessly and I don’t plan to go anywhere else! Thank you so much to Rueben, Derek, Nick and the crew for everything.
Ridiculous! Charged me $80 to cash an insurance check. When I asked to open an account and just deposit it, they said no that they can’t open one if it seems like I am just trying to avoid a fee.
