Horrible Customer Service
Bank somewhere else. They don’t care about their community.
Deana, the branch manager, seems completely lost in her role. All she does is squander people's time and hold onto their money. This branch is truly a disaster. The clueless woman shows no compassion for anyone. Is there a gym in Plainwell that you could go to? Perhaps to improve your health?
