I came into the bank to open a business account. Scheduled in advance soon as I arrived I was told that I had to reschedule for another week... This is the second time I've been turned around just trying to create account with this bank. I would highly suggest going to another branch or another bank. You WILL waste your time going here. They didn't seem to care that they couldn't help me. Don't Go here
I don't personally bank with PNC but when I needed to cash a check on July 20th at this location the 2 ladies that greeted me and helped me through the process were so nice and helpful, accommodated my request quickly and made me smile while doing it, thank you for the great experience!
I had fraud on my debit card. Came in, they cancelled my card and issued a new one in site Ram was my banker who helped me out. He was fast, courteous and to the point. I couldn't ask for a better resolution. I've been here numerous times before for deposits, cashier checks, etc. Always a great experience and atmosphere. I've been banking with PNC for 20 years and am new to the area. This is by far the best bank and team I've ever experienced.
