I'm not going to lie. I jumped on Google to find the fastest route to this bank so I could grab some cash on my lunch break and I was honestly shocked to see how low the score for this location is. I've been going to this branch several times a month for at least 6 months now and I have never had anything less than stellar service. Tellers are always super friendly and helpful. Magdalena was like my own personal angel today! She was able to refund me several overdraft fees that were hurting my pocket right now! Everyone in the place was friendly... Lebron was my bank teller and he was very professional and pleasant to talk with. Having jusy moved to royal oak, I will definitely be coming back to this branch in the future for all my needs. Thank you all so much for brightening this midnight workers day after a bad shift.
This branch location is very convenient for me as it is located very close to my home. I think that the staff at this branch is wonderful and very personable.
