Suzanne Ratcliffe clarified the issue but still helped me out as I was there waiting for 30 minutes and apologized for my wait. She was thorough and extremely kind. Set me up with a better account for myself without incurring any additional charges. Will ask for her for any help in the future.

I can't imagine why this branch gets any negative reviews. I've been coming here very regularly since the late 90s, when it was Bank of Lancaster County, and every experience with the staff has been positive. I especially call out Suzanne R who has been unusually helpful several times. The only complaints I've ever had were about their ATMs, which, like all the other branches, often rejected checks I tried to deposit.
