They messed up my accounts so bad. I have a large amount of money in my accounts and they still find a way to charge me fees. They charge me every month for a statement fee for some reason all of a sudden! The manager set me up with an account and never set up my monthly transfer like I asked him to. Everytime I call this office to handle the fee, they tell me I need to call the 1800 number!! I sit on hold with the 1800 for over an hour waiting for someone to answer! RUN, DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK!!!

The bank teller was really nice and welcoming.
Wasted an hour of my day driving to the branch to pay off a line of credit. The teller informed me that they don't accept the payments there. I called another branch who said they do - so it cost me my time and an additional day of interest because he was ignorant.
