This bank has truly gone downhill. To new depths and at record pace. Stopped in today to talk to a banker and first off Anthony the teller was very professional and polite. Went out of his way to try to help. Now it was Saturday at just after 11 am on August 22nd so there's one banker in the building. And she was the rudest person I've ever dealt with at PNC. I will never ever deal with a banker at this location again. And they constantly call me "to set up an appointment to discuss my finances" and try to sell me their cred... read more
