Always too busy to assist customers. 1 banker who can’t meet ever. Schedule an appointment weeks out while the desk employees stare at you assisting no one. The hours of the bank keep anyone working a standard 8-4 from accessing any assistance. A grueling experience at every visit.
I can't imagine why this branch gets any negative reviews. I've been coming here very regularly since the late 90s, since back when it was Bank of Lancaster County, and every experience with the staff has been positive. I especially call out Suzanne R who has been unusually helpful several times. The only complaints I've ever had were about their ATMs, which, like all the other branches, often rejected checks I tried to deposit. They deserve zero stars. Very poor customer service. Especially Sharon in the office. Rude and uncaring. I will be taking my money elsewhere
