They told me I have to wait 5 days to get $15,000. Was able to get funds next day from other branch. I was informed that they get deposit drops randomly throughout the week depending on where the branch is located so if you need a large sum of money it doesn't hurt to call the bank ahead of time and find out when their drop off day is so that way you there is no delay in your funds.
This bank doesn’t look out for their patrons. You’re better off going to Chase. Don’t waste your time or money on Pnc
HORRIBLE Horrible horrible customer service and it’s appalling that they are still in business let alone employees still work there. But I was skeptical at first to try my neighborhood bank due to previous bad reviews, but I bit the bullet walked in and had an ok experience but the second time was down right unacceptable. This branch is AWFUL! I spoke to a lady on the phone today and she was very rude, sarcastic and she had no business working at a branch dealing with people. She told me the customer isn’t always right, and that she could do nothing for me and knew nothing about what I was asking her. It was like I was talking to an angry teenager, but I know she was very old and miserable. I called customer service and my problem was solved 2 minutes after I got on the phone with them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!
