I was very frustrated when I came to this branch, my debit card was frozen and I was sent from another PNC branch to get the card replaced at this location, while on my lunch break. Nidhi Gupta, senior banker, took really good care of me. She asked me if I had time to eat lunch and when I said no, she reached into her own lunch bag and gave me a snack, then gave me a bottle of water while she printed my debit card quickly to get me out the door. Very bad service!!!
I came here originally four months ago or so looking for a replacement for my debit card. The person that was helping me was able to provide me the new card that I needed. But also told me that I was eligible for another credit card with PNC. I explained I already had a credit card with PNC had already allocated all of my credit card debt to my PNC credit card. She explained I was paying too much in Interest and I would be able to transfer my debt to the new card with lower interest rate and finish paying it up faster. I the... read more
Nervous about leaving this review for fear of retaliation. This bank sells you services you do not need. Refuses to refund your money for services you never received. It takes multiple inquires and trips to the branch to get simple tasks completed properly. Going to the branch is not a quick effort, plan to stay for at least 30-45 minutes, for a simple task.
