I have banked with pnc for over 25 years, recently the ability to do anything that requires going to the bank has become a major issue, management at some level appears to be the problem - constantly short staffed, tellers are always kind and helpful and apologetic. I have scheduled appointments, only to wait 30 min to an hour for assistance. Covid was the excuse at first for the changes, but it now appears to be the new normal for PNC.
Friendly people and good service. However, I only give a 3-star because the last time I got here, the banker applied a credit card for me without my permission. I did not even know that she applied a card for me until I got a mail. Really annoying.
Female teller (wish I could remember her name) was very rude and accused me of basically trying to "pull a fast one". Promptly left and went to another branch. PNC as a company is amazing, but this branch has a serious lack of customer service and general understanding. Dont cut me off when I'm trying to explain something and then accuse me of things! Rude.
