The drive thru was blocked off. Went into the branch and it was so quiet and empty, I wondered if I was in the right place! When I walked in not one of the 3 people I saw greeted me! I saw the counter and walked up to it. Some guy had to get out of his chair and walk around to take my deposit. No greeting whatsoever. I asked why the drive-through was closed and he did not know. Waited for 10 minutes, only to be told that I couldn’t deposit my cash because I hadn’t brought my ID. I only had my bank card but they don’t have an ATM. Will definitely not be back to this location!
