Banker and AVP, Jamal guided me through a very difficult banking issue with patience and expertise. I would recommend this PNC branch a million times because of his professionalism and expertise.
The black guy, Manger is extremely rude for no reason. It's my money, and they still treat you bad smh. I closed my account same day
They wanted to charge me a fee to cash a check that my employer wrote to me directly from their bank. I have cashed countless checks at PNC that were issued by them and was never charged a fee. One time I cashed a check that was almost in dollars and I wasn't even charged a fee. This PNC wants to steal from you and they're crooks. This should be illegal. Manager was rude and so was staff. I closed my account
PNC is a huge pain. Couldn't replace stolen debit card without 2 forms of photo ID. I've only ever had a driver's license and it was expired (I have temporary license, but they won't accept that) and I would still need a passport or student ID!? I wanted it mailed originally, but they never sent it. Then they were back ordered. I haven't had access to my own money in my own account for weeks. This branch was particularly unhelpful and left me on hold 25 minutes before they could help me with nothing.
