Banker and AVP, Jamal guided me through a very difficult banking issue with patience and expertise. I would recommend this PNC branch a million times because of his professionalism and expertise.
The black guy, Manger is extremely rude for no reason. It's my money, and they still treat you bad smh. I closed my account same day
They wanted to charge me a fee to cash a check that my employer wrote to me directly from their bank. I have cashed countless checks at PNC that were issued by them and was never charged a fee. One time I cashed a check that was almost in dollars and I wasn't even charged a fee. This PNC wants to steal from you and they're crooks. This should be illegal.
