Waited for over 30 minutes again in the drive-through window. Only 3 vehicles ahead of me but it took them a long time. This is the third time now in the past couple of months that I have run into this.
Super helpful and nice staff. I am very pleased.
First, what bank branch is closed on a Saturday? So be it; apparently I will have to take off work to conduct my business that has to be done with a teller. However, at this horrendous establishment I can’t even deposit checks via the ATM. Why did I waste my time driving 30 minutes out of my way??? Should just close this place.
The male condescending "so called bank manager", at this location, plus PNC condescending manager Judy, across from Hershey Medical Center, Absolutely the worse of worse with customer service, people skills, period!!! I'm so disgusted with both!! PNC Hershey branches, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER, PERIOD! I will alert Pittsburgh home office, attention William S. Demchak chairman, president and chief executive officer of The PNC Financial Services Group. Thank you!!
