They signed me up for things I didn't want and ended up costing me more money that they now won't return.
I went to this location to open a new credit card. I was seen by the branch manager and she instead opened 2 credit cards when I only wanted 1. The card wasnt even attached to my account now that I have found out. Is this legal? Am I being set up to be scammed? I'll be reporting this issue as far as I can. I honestly believe this location and that branch manager needs to be audited or investigated.
Look elsewhere if you are a customer and need a signature guarentee. We have been clients for 20 years, I called to make appointment, was advised the manager would call back. No return call after close to 24 hours. Made a follow up call, was then advised I would need to drop off all the documents for the manager to review before hand, and then I would be called to make an appointment to come in and sign. Refused to notarize my document because they weren’t comfortable. Despite being a customer and having a valid PA ID. I’ve had many things notarized over the years and their decline was a first.
