PNC is the best banking institution that I have worked with in my 78 years. I’m a disabled veteran from Vietnam I live in a power wheelchair so getting around is a really big challenge however the PNC community is 2d to none. I will never go anywhere else
Trying to call for 30 minutes no one answered
They signed me up for things I didn't want and ended up costing me more money that they now won't return.
I went to this location to open a new credit card. I was seen by the branch manager and she instead opened 2 credit cards when I only wanted 1. The card wasnt even attached to my account now that I have found out. Is this legal? Am I being set up to be scammed? I'll be reporting this issue as far as I can. I honestly believe this location and that branch manager needs to be audited or investigated.
Look elsewhere if you are a customer and need a signature guarentee. We have been clients for 20 years, I called to make appointment, was advised the manager would call back. No return call after close to 24 hours. Made a follow up call, was then advised I would need to drop off all the documents for the manager to review before hand, and then I would be called to make an appointment to come in and sign.
