I didn’t make a appointment but Shawn took me right in his office and solved my problem. Shawn is a people person. I feel very comfortable dealing with him.

A bank with people in it! They still work there! Understaffed but oh well.
PNC is the best banking institution that I have worked with in my 78 years. I’m a disabled veteran from Vietnam I live in a power wheelchair so getting around is a really big challenge however the PNC community is 2d to none. I will never go anywhere else
