Worst bank and awful first time experience. Went to open checking account but I forgot to carry one more form of my id. Asked if i can come back or any other branch that i could visit. The banker lady offered no help and was not bothered to check if there were other PNC branches around when asked. There was no energy in her and interest . It was complete let down as new customer. I will avoid banking with them at any cost.
