I came here today and went to the desk at 11:00 am. I needed to update my address and get a new card. The ladies at the desk told me to go wait and a bank teller would get me. A rush of people came in I sat and waited patiently for 45 minutes. A teller comes up to me and asks if I’ve checked in at the desk- I told her yes and I was waiting on a teller. Very bad service and it’s not even good for business .Refused to answer my questions on CD rates and took my phone number and no one called me.
