Waited in line forever. Week of so out for new accounts. Seem very under staffed. Bank seemed "messy"
I don’t like the people at this branch every time I go in there I have to wait and wait and wait to be seen and while I’m waiting the women are rude to me Some snobby so that’s why I don’t like going to this location because the tellers are rude and snobby Downright pitiful!!!!
I'm going to 5 star anywhere i can save money the employees there are not as welcoming and they do not help with the advertisements that they have i have to keep going back for the same things every other day it's like they don't want to do their job
Was having trouble activating debit card. Was greeted at door and taken straight to her office. She took care of activating my card and deleting old accounts. Great old fashioned service A+
I came here today and went to the desk at 11:00 am. I needed to update my address and get a new card. The ladies at the desk told me to go wait and a bank teller would get me. A rush of people came in I sat and waited patiently for 45 minutes. A teller comes up to me and asks if I’ve checked in at the desk- I told her yes and I was waiting on a teller.
