Always worse experiences at PNC broadway ,I just want my document need to notarized , I handle my paper to the lady she ask my ID and Debt card and let me put my PIN, WHY? I don’t know , after she scroll my personal account in her computer for more than 15 mins, she told me she can’t notarized my document because lack of date and format , so i understand that , no problem, but why you need to look at my bank account and read all the informations and my documents before you tell me you can’t do it? I typically have amazing service at this location but I suppose if you go in on a Saturday which is a scheduled business day of operations the staff pick and choose what they want or can handle that day. I needed statements printed off from my account o trouble in the past getting this done. Went in and waited over 30 mins while someone was eating at their desk at 1045am this establishment opened at 9am and closes at 1pm they other worker was covering the inside and the teller window and was complaining to the person eating ... read more
The gentleman that helped me was AMAZING! I just couldn't believe the way I was treated like royalty by ALL the staff! Impressive.... Great job guys! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
