My mother passed away and has New York life insurance. The insurance company gave me draft checks to withdraw money from the account set aside for me. I went to try and deposit the check at this location and I get like the lady treated me like a criminal. She was very skeptical about the check and said she never heard of such and also said there are so many scams you just never know. Had the worst experience at this location with this bank that I have ever had in any bank it could be because of just one nasty teller, but it sure does give me a bad feeling and don’t wanna do business with this bank anymore
Received amazing service and a welcoming smile from Elikem Asamoah. He was able to resolve some issues with the cards on the bank account and changed info on the account alongside helping with credit building options. 5 stars to this amazing employee.
I am a member of PNC bank for >20 years and this is the worse branch in Virginia!!!!! I came on May 1, 2024 at 5PM driving from Hampton, being in traffic to one hour and half to open an additional account and was turned away by such a rude taller Malik 😑 to come next day. The bank open is till 6 pm, i was waiting for my turn to talk to banker, however he let his friend to go to see banker who came after me, and rudely pushed me away!! Extremely slow service. One teller working both the drive-thru and the counter. I pull up to the drive-thru window and I'm told there are three customers ahead of me (all inside) after waiting 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru line.
