The absolute worst PNC in the area. Always rude. ATM stole my card and they were like "welp, you will have to go to a different branch to get a new card." So I have to take time out of my day and drive all over kingdom come because your bank messed up?!
I waited at least 15 min in the drive-through to make a deposit - no one else was in the drive-through with me! Does it really have to take so long to make a simple deposit?
This branch never has the drive thru open and if they do it takes forever. Two days in a row I’ve waited and no one answers when the open green sign is on. Do they shut it off between 3-4pm??
We dealt with Alison Reese and she was very helpful and patient .
Been banking with PNC here for five years I think, they're wonderful! Great, fast service!
