The woman that helped me was very nice, however, they did not have any $10’s, $5’s, or $1’s?? How does a bank not have any small bills? The machine inside (the only thing you can use to withdraw cash inside) is not correct because the lady said that it usually says when it’s out of certain bills. Instead of the bills I requested, it gave me $50’s and $20’s. I was told to go to the location downtown. Made mistake of making cash deposit at ATM-and had cash taken by machine. We reported immediately, then had to wait 2 weeks to have cash put back into our account !!! So, I go into a PNC a week later to make another cash deposit- because I will never use their ATM deposit again.. to find out they don’t even accept cash there. They told me I could use an ATM. … like the same one that robbed me before? Ummm.. No Thanks! Time to change banks!
Awful! This place has the worst customer service. I called in with a problem that I needed help with and the guy was so rude and completely unprofessional. He refused to actually help me and had the nastiest attitude while answering my questions. He lacks empathy and you could tell he didn’t care about my problem with my account nor did he have any interest on trying to help me fix it. He even implied that the situation was my fault. If you can go somewhere else.
This is a new one..a cashless bank. Only deposits or ATM. Next no people. Terrible idea
