Been dealing with them since it was First of America never had a bad experience it’s always hello miss Tamara very respectful tellers
I use this bank's outside atm frequently. My card got stuck in their outside atm and when I went in to try and get it taken out immediately after it happened, they said they can't help me because I dont bank there and any card that gets stuck in their atm that isnt from PNC Bank needs to get destroyed. EVEN THOUGH IM STANDING RIGHT THERE AFTER IT JUST HAPPENED. Not to mention I have my ID to prove it's me. Their Loomis driver was also IN the building, which is who unlocks their atm (so I was told).
