I'd drop a star but I cannot. I want to unsubscribe from their spam emails but cannot since my login doesn't work and they have no clue how to fix it. Worst location I have been too they have no cash in here and no people delt with a snooty woman
they call this a "solution center" How is getting rid of the counters and going cashless a solution? I call it a problem. PNC bank says most people are going digital. thats just fancy talk for trying to go cashless and take paper money away from the people
ATM ate 2 checks I was depositing
Updated review: This bank no longer has teller services. Isn't that the most important feature of a bank for the majority of people other than the ATM? Previous review: When we moved here I was considering changing banks due to the negative experience with PNC where we used to live. But the customer service at this bank changed my mind. The first time I walked in, they opened the door for me and greeted me at the door.
