Lady was very nice.
My experience with this branch was nothing like my great experience at any other branch. I was asked by my home branch to have this branch call and coordinate a verification for me. The teller refused the service on suspicion of fraud. I asked to speak to someone else and I was introduced to Jennifer Hicks. The first thing said to me was “I was on my way to lunch and now I have to deal with this.” which made me feel very much like an inconvenience along with her “annoyed” attitude for lack of a better term.
