I made an on-time credit card payment transfer on the due date and received a confirmation number. Although the funds were successfully withdrawn from my checking account and my statement reflected the payment, I was still hit with a late fee. Customer service claimed the transfer occurred after banking hours, but it was still submitted before the deadline. Because this unfair charge risks damaging my credit score, I am filing a formal complaint with the CFPB.

There was a kind lady standing inside the vestibule ready to help me out. After I explained that I was there to deposit some checks, she told me that I could put them in at the ATM. She was then willing to show me how to do it. How cool was that? I wish I knew her name.

Switched here about a year ago and don't regret it. Staff is always friendly. ATM has nice feature to remove cash in all sorts of denominations. The only thing I could "complain " about is I'm not the best at charging my phone and if I withdrawal from a teller they want to send me a pin and sometimes I can't get it. I understand it's a security feature, but an ID and my face should be sufficient. Only negative drawback.
