I visited this location earlier today and was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. No one greeted me or made any effort to assist me. possibly because the staff assumed I was too young to be a serious customer. A woman who arrived after me insisted she was first, and instead of addressing the situation fairly, the staff ignored me entirely. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
Horrible customer service. I was one minute late to meet someone who was already inside the bank and they closed the doors on me. I try to avoid this branch at all costs.

Great overall company.. I don’t usually leave reviews, but PNC literally helped change a very important aspect of my life
Let me start off by saying Katrina was absolutely amazing and helpful. Would highly recommend coming in and talking to her about anything you need. Can’t really say the same about a few of her coworkers. Phill seemed to be very slow and confused. As long as you talk to Katrina you are going to be on the right track.
