they treated me terribly
1/5 stars. This branch is unbelievably slow. Every time I come in, even basic banking requests seem to take forever. What makes it worse is that after waiting all that time, they still manage to make mistakes on simple account services that should be routine for a bank. Banking is supposed to be about accuracy, efficiency, and trust. I don’t know where to begin but this is the most unprofessional banking experience I have ever had. Dramane Sawadogo and Melissa Occelin are purposely delayed funding of my business account based off of frivolous, discriminatory and inaccurate reasons.
