Had a great experience at the PNC Bank on Dupont Rd in Fort Wayne. Kylie welcomed me in and made sure I got where I needed to go. Teller Nancy helped me with multiple things in one visit, personal banking, business banking, and even banking needs for the Norwell wrestling team. She was patient, clear, and got everything taken care of. Really appreciate both of them.
Be carefull using this establishment for your banking, my card info was hacked/stolen and used for 300 dollars online, pnc informed me of suspicious activity and I immediately canceled my card and disputed the transaction, now months later I get a letter saying there was no error and I will be held liable for the 300 dollars and no way to fight it, incredibly disappointing that you can't trust your bank to take care of your money
They literally suck
They charged $25 to cash a check on their bank. So let me get this right, your customer hands me a check which is valued at $1000 I go to your bank where you hold his money and take $25 check cashing fee? Extremely unfair. Not right, unethical and immoral. No wonder banks get a bad rap. What happened to when customer service actually mattered? Your slogan and marketing campaign, boring has rewards... Yes it does. 13 years of using PNC and I’ve finally had enough of their fees and poor customer service. It’s blatantly obvious that the people do not matter to this corporation, only money and profit. I’ll be going elsewhere!
