My Church used the ******** Branch in ********** ** to make Sunday deposits of our weekly collections. One of our deposits came up missing the cash portion of the deposit. After several inquiries at the branch as well as their Headquarters we were told they couldnt determine how the cash came up missing. We are a small religious organization and depend on contributions to exist and having someone at this organization misappropriating funds is totally unacceptable. I closed our corporate banking accounts with PNC in 2022 due to their terribly poor customer service experiences with them, to numerous to mention. I did not want the new owner (as of April 2023) to deal with their nonsense so I closed our multi-million dollar per year business accounts with them. I have my truck financed threw pnc Bank I did not have any choice I would not recommend this bank for anything they are the worst. I just got my truck payment yesterday in the mail and it's due tomorrow, you can't call your loan payment in or pay your payment online because its a act of commerce trying to deal with customer service. I just opened my accounts with them and was a headache from the beginning. I was transitioning to this bank with my new employer. After deposits were made, my last two are being held and PNC is refusing to give me my money back. They will not overnight me a cashiers check in the amount of my deposits. Stating they have to be mailed. Which is prolonging my funds even further. I came into PNC Bank for replacement debit card to have three Spanish tellers, accuse me of fraud and called the police on me, had me arrested even after verification of my account.

PNC may be the worst bank for customer service and care. I spent 37 years with the FDIC in various bank supervision roles. My experience are from my own and not related to my role with the FDIC. I’ve been banking with PNC for 20+ years and during that time their ability to care for customers has fallen through the floor. For the second time in approximately 8 months they’ve returned checks I wrote on my PNC account. One was a 20k check I wrote from to another and today was a 10k check I wrote to a boat dealer for a new motor... read more

They charged a late fee on an acct that car was a total loss. I spoke to someone on 10/3/23 that the fee would be waived due to a courtesy since we were waiting on PNC bank for payout summary due from PNC bank on 10/5/23. Now we have interest has accrued. They did not stand behind their word. I paid late fee and interest accured. I will no longer will be a PNC bank customer, I will not and do not want to ever bank with PNC bank again. 1 customer lost on 10/20/23.

The High Interest Savings should be a CD. The interest rate is good but it is very difficult to withdraw funds. I have had multiple transactions cancelled in spite of following the 10k a day limit. They allowed 1 in the last 2 weeks. When closing my account before the end of the month no prorated interest was paid. If I was told the check would be overnighted, instead of taking “up to 2 weeks” I would have waited for my interest.
