Poor customer service. Waited for a longtime while employees discussed their trip to china and renovations. Zero respect for people’s time
I was questioned about a check I attempted to deposit for no reason at all. I had all identification and have been a PNC customer since I began banking at 16 years old. I suspect if I was another type of customer that wouldn’t have been the case. My check was deposited yet the teller put a hold on it without even notifying me my funds would not be available for several days. This caused my account to overdraft.
