Staff was dismissive, rude and unhelpful. Worst PNC branch and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any bank.,
Tried to get through range for ten minutes was put on hold for 20 disconnected rang if you can’t Staffa bank them close the branch Very unhappy with this maybe time to change banks
I came to PNC to open a checking account and the banker could not explain the three different accounts at PNC and what made them different, including minimum balances. I'm going to go to another PNC branch to see if I have a different experience. And for some strange reason, couldn't get me starter checks.
