The manager Shantrece is an excellent employee. She offered me all of the products and she turned my gloomy day into sunshine. She did her job. And spoke life into me. Many times, people never know what your going through, and she didn't, but she treated me with much kindness. She took her time with me, going over the accounts and what would suit me best. I had a great experience with the branch manager, Shantrese. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My needs were taken care of and I felt like a valued customer.
I had a great experience. Wait time was a bit long, but the staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient.
Came to this branch and the ladies here are lovely. They help me organize some complicated financial transactions with respect and care. Very helpful and respectful will start using this as my primary branch!
