First of all, every single time I go in here everyone is so rude and even if I’m the only person there, I’m there waiting for at least 10 minutes. I went in today 8/13 to make a cash deposit and it shorted me $60. Not only that, but it ate my card and when I received it back it was completely scratched up. Do not go here, the ATM steals your money.
The manager of the Riverbend branch really wants you to have a good experience and the tellers are always helpful and kind
I have banked with PNC for about 30 years, back before they bought out Fredericktown Bank. I used to bank at the branch on Rosemont Ave and they had great service. Unfortunately PNC sold that branch and it is now a Starbucks :( I have tried several other branches in Frederick and they have had poor service. I finally tried the 9 Monocacy Blvd, Frederick branch. Bank elsewhere! Their ATM EATS Deposits & their response with no evidence the deposit was made (this is the 2nd time). Find another bank that cares when this happens. My check one of almost 20 was "eaten" by an ATM and they said they have no evidence the checks were deposited. Avoid this bank who does NOT take accountability for it's mismanaged ATMs putting your money and deposits at risk. Left a message for the manager who has not returned my call. I never had any problems with any PNC every single PNC in my area i have enter ,i was always greeted by my name and always treated like i was important
