Bank elsewhere! Their ATM EATS Deposits & their response with no evidence the deposit was made (this is the 2nd time). Find another bank that cares when this happens. My check one of almost 20 was "eaten" by an ATM and they said they have no evidence the checks were deposited. Avoid this bank who does NOT take accountability for it's mismanaged ATMs putting your money and deposits at risk. Left a message for the manager who has not returned my call. PNC - pleasing no customers Left this bank almost a year ago for terrible customer service. I was recently sent money via cash app and the funds were deposited to this closed bank account. I went to the branch to explain and get my money as I was told I could. PNC for some reason put a hold on the small amount of $98 and then was unable to do anything about it after an hour of being in the branch. easy to use automated answering system. it only took one button press to be put on hold. they answered within 30 seconds. even though they weren't able to help me, they provided me with a company, phone number and address that could. excellent customer service. thanks
My girlfriend and I just opened a joint checking together and I've been a pnc customer for awhile. We met with Joe Holloway who asked us some questions and walked us through our options. Joe also gave us some great advice for budgeting and working towards our dreams and goals. The best part is we met with Joe another time to get his advice and make a plan to help us save money! I highly suggest visiting this PNC and working with Joe Holloway or any of the other great employees. PNC offers so much more than you think!
