Would be better if they had more locations in the West Bloomfield area
I’m the President of an alumni association, and my team and I got the run around from other PNC branches as we were trying to update the officers with bank account access. Exasperated, I finally came to this branch instead, and everyone I encountered provided exponentially better service than I got from other branches. Specific shoutouts to Faithlyn for starting our process, Rami for helping reschedule our appointment so all officers could attend, and Grace for amazing service at today’s appointment.
