We have had to conduct business at this branch numerous times over the past couple of months, and have had no problems whatsoever. It's like PNC's new advertising slogan says. It's just boring. Nothing spectacular, but the staff is pleasant, cooperative, and we've had no problems whatsoever. **yawn** 🥱
I've been a PNC customer for awhile and am generally happy with them, but this particular branch is very mismanaged. As part of my job I routinely deposit and cash checks to a business account and this is the closest branch. Once, they cashed a 3rd party check against my personal account, which is in no way tied to my employer's account. I happened to look at my transaction history the following week and brought it to the branch's attention and it got corrected.
