Terrible service. After waiting 20 minutes, the teller deposited my money in the wrong account so I had to wait another 15 minutes for him to fix it. No apology. Thank goodness I noticed the mistake on the receipt or the money would have just been gone. Final straw. Time to switch banks.
Nobody greeted me worst Pnc. I’ve ever stepped into. They need to improve on their customer service. Maybe they need more training!
Been a customer for over 25 years. Drive thru service at 7th street has gone down hill. Sat in line for over 45 minutes.
