Had a great experience with Giovanni, he helped me set up my checking account and explained everything very clearly. The process was quick and easy. The teller was also very nice and I was able to get a debit card on the same day and use it! There were also free snacks! The bank looked very clean and well maintained
Great branch. I was able to get a same day appointment and got everything done in a timely manner.
No one is answering the phone (Thursday, January 29 at 11:58)
Terrible service. After waiting 20 minutes, the teller deposited my money in the wrong account so I had to wait another 15 minutes for him to fix it. No apology. Thank goodness I noticed the mistake on the receipt or the money would have just been gone. Final straw. Time to switch banks.
