Been a customer for over 25 years. Drive thru service at 7th street has gone down hill. Sat in line for over 45 minutes.
Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. The curb blocking the drive thru prevented getting out of it and just having to wait. The drive thru was so long it was starting to block traffic within the shopping center
Best Bank ever!!
I have great experience with PNC but this branch needs retraining. I tried to withdrawal money from my account using government identification card. I was told that they could not use that form of identification. I only tried going to this branch because it was closer to my job than the one on Patrick street. I told the person that I could use it because it was a government issued identification card. He said he was not comfortable using it. I had to drive to Patrick street anyway. Talk about a crew that doesn't want to do Anything. Don't do drive up. They will have you wait 10 mins just to say hello.....
