On April 19, I withdrew money from outside drive thru ATM at location. ATM did not provide a receipt for the transaction. I went inside to get receipt. I explained problem to agent on duty. He said he was unable to provide a copy of a receipt because the system showed the recent transaction as 'pending'. The Manager, Isabel, came to me to attempt to address my concern. There was a reason why I closed my account. The professionalism has went down. Plus every time I would walk in they asked if I wanted to open a credit card. When I closed my account everything was in good standing, somehow they reopened it to let a payment go through that I clearly removed PNC from. I called CS and was told to go into bank to pay off the balance when I did the teller was so rude and loud about it.
