Pleasant tellers, and greeter. Easy to access. The teller was knowledgeable.
I have a business account here because I opened my business up north. I will be closing this account as soon as I can. Every time I go, it is a long wait in the TINY room while the drive-up window gets priority. I was next in line with 5 people behind me but left after waiting for 15 minutes with no end in sight.
Understaffed, they act angry and overstressed, and they are very slow to go through a drive through with only one car in front of me and take 30 minutes for a cash deposit is crazy P.NC is broken! This isn't my first very slow experience here.And it's not my first time saying stressed angry workers.... they act like they hate their jobs and don't like the people that they have to wait on too much.That's how they act.
Website seems completely broken, can't schedule appointment, can't do the online auto loan tool thing, and nobody will answer the phones all morning. What a joke.
Incompetent tellers an office staff struggling to do their jobs I'm assuming was happy to walk out today definitely going to take my business elsewhere anyone feel free to contact me about my experience is there an answer was to me was I need to call and get it figured out not offering me a phone number possibly a direct line would be easier for a very large mistake made on their behalf if you're looking for a new bank move on this PNC branch is definitely not for any type of customer service
