The first time my husband and I went there to open an account, the manager assisted us. During the process, she asked inappropriate questions such as, “Are you citizens?” We responded, “Yes, ma’am.” She then asked, “Are you the owners?” and we answered, “Yes.” That same day, my husband was wearing a company hat, and she asked, “Are you a technician?” My husband replied, “No, ma’am, I am a field manager.” Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and inappropriate.
This branch is horrible. Keep driving north and go to the Sarasota PNC where you fill receive great customer service.
Parking lot full and went to drive thru and waited 20 for the teller to tell I needed to go inside for my transaction and had to wait because the other tellers where Out to lunch. Drove 45 minutes to collect my money and wasted another 40minutes with no results
I had an urgent need on Saturday to have a document motorized. Michela was very helpful amidst the busy customers load. I have only had positive experiences at PNC Venice and appreciate their profesional services. Thanks for a great job.
