Not willing to help me at all and transferred me to someone who I doubt did what she was told. Was told I would get a new credit card and it has been over a month and STILL never got it. Had to talk to someone AGAIN and request a new one. WILL BE CHANGING BANKS ONCE MY CAR IS PAID OFF ASAP. Unreal.
Not helpful at all. Not willing to help and you are just a number. I miss the western avenue branch. Much easier to deal with !
I’ve been a PNC customer since the 90’s back when they were still National City Bank. The service at the branches has consistently gotten worst over the years, now when you walk in you cant just talk to a banker, you are instead met with an interrogation by an unfriendly person and ultimately required to make an appointment online. My experience today at this branch in particular has been the last straw for me and i plan to finally close my account with PNC once and for all after more than 30 years. This is a piss poor bank they failed the help me out thing nor addressed the problem so they just pulled some wired numbers out of sky also they will make up all kinds of lies and else also they locked me out on my bank card and my girlfriend card cause false allegations on our accounts and credit cards information
