I've banked here for 17 years and as of the last 5 years PNC has been horrible. The bridge st location never answers their phone (been trying for 2 days now) and everything is a snail pace any other time. Think it's time to finally move over to Homeland or Atomic.
We have had our PNC account for years, and this place has really gone down hill. If i could give 0 stars i would. I mean from refusing to give coin rolls so I can make a deposit to charging me to cash my payroll check when we have matching funds in there. I wouldn't complain if it was only a couple bucks but it's $10. I mean this bank charges you for everything why have an account.
