We have had our PNC account for years, and this place has really gone down hill. If i could give 0 stars i would. I mean from refusing to give coin rolls so I can make a deposit to charging me to cash my payroll check when we have matching funds in there. I wouldn't complain if it was only a couple bucks but it's $10. I mean this bank charges you for everything why have an account. Not willing to help me at all and transferred me to someone who I doubt did what she was told. Was told I would get a new credit card and it has been over a month and STILL never got it. Had to talk to someone AGAIN and request a new one. WILL BE CHANGING BANKS ONCE MY CAR IS PAID OFF ASAP. Unreal.
Not helpful at all. Not willing to help and you are just a number. I miss the western avenue branch. Much easier to deal with !
