Complete incompetence. A family member received paper work with a dead spouses name on it for years. The mortgage went 7 years without the homeowners name on it after the spouse passed. Anytime we needed help we got lied to and got the runaround. The staff is completely lazy and has no interest in doing their job. The process of adding a spouses name to a mortgage should be flawless, and was flawless for a person like me with ZERO experience in the financial industry.
