Rafael was a godsend today. Was on the phone with customer service for over an hour, being bounced around between departments. I went into the bank once they opened, despite fraud prevention customer service telling me there was nothing that a branch could do to help and to continue holding. They had just opened its was 9am and was greeted by 3 very well dressed professional looking employees with smiling faces. Hate this location, always I need to make a cash deposit atm bank doesn’t work, never work!!!
When your card is compromised and you call this location and they tell you that you can come in before 5PM, you bank on that. Then you show up and are told that you can’t be seen today…banker/branch manager makes snarky remarks in front of other patrons. “There are PNC’s on every corner.” Correct, majority of, but I called and confirmed with THIS location.
