Nice bank with fast service.
This is the worse bank ever . They do not give you any updates or answers with your money . I had fraud and they gave me the run around for a whole week then going to tell me it’s going to be up to 90 days ! That’s so wrong and they are clowns! As soon as I I get my money back in closing all my accounts ! Worse bank ever !
Rafael was a godsend today. Was on the phone with customer service for over an hour, being bounced around between departments. I went into the bank once they opened, despite fraud prevention customer service telling me there was nothing that a branch could do to help and to continue holding. They had just opened its was 9am and was greeted by 3 very well dressed professional looking employees with smiling faces.
