It is better that this bank hours of break be changed to 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Or a reliever, while the other person is on break. Bank must be open to the public from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily except Sunday. We called to ask if they have break hours. lady who answered the phone said that they are not closing for break. We came back at 1:00pm, place is closed. Please don't fool with your customers.
Good service
I send every month for my nephew's college and sad to say, the quality of service just does not come close to US banking standards of great service and reliability. Today, there was simply no one present, no sign, nothing. I guess in the usual pinoy style of mediocre service.
