I feel reluctant giving this bank one star, thats too much. The staff and particularly the manager are great but... they can only work within the existing PNB protocols. Nothing is fast here and certainly not efficient. Recently, on six occasions I have needed to get a bank managers check to pay suppliers on a house I am building. The money is in my account and all I need is a paper check to pay my supplier... Why do I end up sitting and waiting for up to 1.5 hours (56 minutes fastest) to have a check made out?
