Mike from P&N bank during today's phone call at 1:32pm in his half-arsed attempt in an absolute patronizing manner said under the "Terms and conditions" P&N bank can take a $10 monthly overdraw fee AS WELL AS dishonoured fees each time a direct debit is dishonoured. The worst bank I have ever come across in my entire life: every time I was told different procedure either via call center, or even with the same branch served by different people. Staff are not helpful at all. It is not a bank that aimed to serve better but to make things to the maximum difficulty.
Went to the bank wanting to open a business account with the intention of depositing quite a lot of money. I was told I had to go to another branch . The closest being Morley. Forget it I will find another bank that wants my business.
