I'm at the P&N bank in Mandurah . I feel and so do the 6 customers behind me that 45minutes inline waiting to be served is ridiculous. The ladies are flat out ,there should be an extra person on Disappointed I am And don't tell me there are other options. You need to know what they are going through.

Mike from P&N bank during today's phone call at 1:32pm in his half-arsed attempt in an absolute patronizing manner said under the "Terms and conditions" P&N bank can take a $10 monthly overdraw fee AS WELL AS dishonoured fees each time a direct debit is dishonoured. Unacceptably appalling treatment by two out of three customer service staff - a mature lady who prioritised her computer above a line of seven customers - instead of attending to the second available counter, she let the only other staff member deal with a line that reached outside the bank. After 30 minutes I was finally served by a young man- he failed to recognise my interstate/ territory driver's licence and commented he had never seen such before and called on the older staff lady behind her computer to assist.
