Great timely customer service with a smile when I have gone into this branch.
Sadly, it always seems to take so long to be served. Tellers on the front line doing work other than serving customers queued up, such a bad look. Once you’re being served, they’re friendly but … the wait is annoying.
Tayah from the Mandurah branch provided the utmost top tier customer service. She made the whole process streamline and made the whole process so easy! I would recommend her to any friends and family that I know. She is integral proponent in that team. 10/10 would recommend!!!
Hands down the WORST bank I’ve ever banked with. Reasons too many to list here.
