What kind of stupid hours is 9:30 till 4:00?
Made arrangements for a large transaction. They were supposed to call back when they we ready. They didn't! I had to go into the branch to find out what was happening. They just didn't call! Very unprofessional.
Wonderful service from Luke! He is absolutely on to everything, answers all questions thoroughly and quickly. We wouldn't go with anyone else to do our loan and we totally trust him. He is wonderful:)
dealing with Mitesh and Karen was horrible. was refinancing with them and took 3 weeks to be told nothing had been submitted and they would do it now even though i gave all documents to get the ball rolling. ill refinance elsewhere thank you
