When I phone my bank, Police and Nurses Bank, a local staff member answers. I have been with this bank since they took over from Health Credit Union, and they have never let me down. Their staff are consistently knowledgable, empowering, and kind. The competitive interest rates doesn't hurt either!
Used to go Maddington branch when it was open and they were always super helpful and great to deal with. Cannington branch is useless. I've been there twice in the last 3 months and today gave up and went to another bank instead.
