Terrible company and terrible disorganization on their events especially Spacecon 2024. Flew all the way in from Idaho to San Antonio for the space con event. Had an autograph scheduled at 1040am. I arrived when the doors opened that morning to get in line for my autograph time. They told me they weren't allowing my group that was was scheduled at that time to even be in line. Waited all day and never even got my autograph till 345pm because they couldn't figure out how to schedule anything properly. What a waste of money fo... read more
