Purchased the camper in March. Have had a few minor issues nothing major. My one star review is for the after sales service, every time you call to speak to someone for some minor help or question, the lady on the front desk is quite rude and short and continuously directs you to fill a form out online and wait for a response. Even if the manager has personally given you their details to call and speak to them. Funny how the Wangara branch will happily take a couple minute out of their day to help and go above and beyond!
Reached out to Ezytrail to get some spare parts for my Camper Trailer. I have to say, very quick response and accomodated me with my request without fuss. Very Happy.
Warranty claim has been a brezee, Greg and this team has been very helpful and service has been prompt. Onya Greg!!!!
We purchased our new van a few weeks ago from them. Handover was very informative. We then had an issue with the tv not connecting to WiFi. Called Greg there and he sent a link to factory reset it to see if that was the issue. We did that and it still wouldn't work. He then told us he would replace it so I picked that one up on Saturday. Hope it works now. But can't fault the service we had from them at all.
I went to PMX Canningvale for a look at there caravans and campers which were very nice,we have purchased one and here is the end result in 2026 pmx or ezytrail not intrested i the factory fault
