Great support from the Cannington team with sorting a minor hubcap issue we had encountered whilst on our recent trip off grid.
I bought an Ezytrail Airlie 11 in January 2025 and have towed it for over 32000kms and apart from a little dust on truly horrible gravel roads and a minor leak in torrential Cairns downpours I have loved and enjoyed it as my first caravan experience. Any minor issues have been fixed right away and Greg has always been very helpful along with all the staff out at Canning Vale. It has worked for me and very happy with this product.
A big shout out to Greg and the great team at Ezytrail Canning Vale. We are on our lap of OZ (month 9) from Adelaide and had an electrical issue with our awning and Greg booked us in asap and the team sorted the issue pronto under warranty. Thanks so much… great after sales service!! Cheers Tom
We’ve had our Parkes M3 Twin for almost 2 years now and just did a 25,000 lap. Very happy with how it has performed and more than satisfied with the back up we’ve received from Greg and his team at Ezytrail Canning Vale. While we haven’t had any major issues, they are always responsive to out calls for help!
