Me and my wife recently got married and we hired PMV both as a limousine for the church and reception as well as bus transportation for guests. Everything ran smooth and could not have been better. They were on time with everything and took great care of our needs. The bus made multiple trips to ensure guests returned back to the hotel after the wedding reception. I am so sad to say after many years of loyal patronage, our driver did not show for an airport run this morning. This is the second time this has happened. I called and got vm 3 times at 630am and by 640 we jumped in the car with our kids and drove ourselves. I sent an email voicing my dissatisfaction at 655am and as of 6 hours later, I have heard nothing from Mario or his staff. I am so disheartened by this. My husband and I just got married in Rye, NY and used Mario and PMV limousine. THEY WERE INCREDIBLE AND EVERYONE SHOULD BOOK THEM! The limo was so much fun and clean, and the shuttles we used were immaculate. Mario and his team have wonderful customer service and were prompt for everything. If you are on the fence, book them!
This is the best company I have ever used. Our driver Howard was a phenomenal driver and very professional. I highly recommend this company. We were transported to Central Park from the Hudson valley and around the city and back.
I don't usually post reviews but I definitely had to make an exception here. Howard was communicative and professional from the get-go. PMV Limo saved me when the previous service I booked fell through. My husband and I were able to take our son and some of his fellow cadets at West Point out to dinner in style. They were surprised and loving it! Thank you all for a memorable night.
