I understand it takes a while for new patients to be seen but for me to come in early to fill out forms and then wait in the waiting room for an hour before being called back and then sit for another hour in the room before being seen was just ridiculous my appointment was at 1:30 I came in at 1:00 and didn't leave until 3:15.
