Now that I've discontinued services here, I have realized some of the things I was told were unprofessional at the very least. For one, my therapist told me I needed to quit competing with her... which I'm still confused about because I have wanted to help people for my entire life and am a driven person... I looked up to her because she is a social worker, which is exactly what I am attending school for. Furthermore, I was told I was a protectionist because I wanted to have good grades and like things in a particular order.... read more
They turned my kids away & I without any good explanation, said we weren't a priority on their list of things to do. Too unprofessional, do not waste your time here.
Why is it ok for you guys to miss appointments. But we get notice of ours. Be real. I guess this place is limited with therapists. They don't respect a Doctor's Referral. I will say, Dr. Rich is a great Provider.
