I made an appt on july 9th, 2026. The soonest appt they had available for new patients was july 31st,2026. I had not heard from them so i called to confirm my appt on july 30th, 2026 at around 4 pm. They entered my phone number incorrectly so i had them change it to my correct number. I was then told that my appt had been cancelled. I was then told i could make an appt for the 27th of August!!!! Now that I've discontinued services here, I have realized some of the things I was told were unprofessional at the very least. For one, my therapist told me I needed to quit competing with her... which I'm still confused about because I have wanted to help people for my entire life and am a driven person... I looked up to her because she is a social worker, which is exactly what I am attending school for. Furthermore, I was told I was a protectionist because I wanted to have good grades and like things in a particular order.... read more

They turned my kids away & I without any good explanation, said we weren't a priority on their list of things to do. Too unprofessional, do not waste your time here.
