l had a very pleasant visit to PMS today , the young man at the front desk was very helpful and helped me get my paperwork handled with no problem, THANK YOU...
I had a good experience until recently. Nurse said my last appointment was January but it was march. Wouldn’t refill my medication even though bottle said 3 refills and even though I’m having withdrawals from what they gave me. All they can do is encourage you to go to the ER. They have their dates wrong and my doctor leaves different instructions to the nurses. Told me to follow up one month before I run out but told their nurse I was supposed to follow up in two weeks. This place is ridiculous and now I’m stuck having to q... read more

I found the staff willing & able to help when I reached out but encountered problems with a communication failure with their on Staff Nurse Practitioner, Julio Fermin. Julio was helpful & knowledgeable as long as I was willing to follow through with his treatment plan. He not only doesn’t respond to any challenge to his expertise and diagnosis but does not acknowledge my need for addressing my immediate concerns related to the challenges I was facing which didn’t align with his own priority of ongoing drug therapy .
