Don't do it.... they scam people. I put in an application and we definitely make more than 4x the rent. All because my mother's name was head on the application and she doesn't make 3x the rent alone.....we got denied. No where on the application does it say that the main person has to make 3x the rent. If that was the case then I wouldn't have done the application..... nice way for them to take people's money. Scammers!!
For a company that has multiple properties. You should have the concern of the wellbeing of tenants on your property and the investment you made. If you can’t maintain your properties you shouldn’t have so many. It’s very disappointing how you treat your tenants. Here are a few examples of issues in the building I have been in. Roach filled discusting. Drains do not drain. And when maintenance came out they said we will have to come back to do the sinks they did fix the tub. Air conditioning has been out since they moved in ... read more
