Don’t rent from them!! They screwed us over and they will not do anything for pests!! Management is a joke and they have no respect for there tenants. I will be suing for rats damaging my stove and oven and fridge. Home was also filled with mold and we were not told that when we moved in. Tried everything we could to work with them but they had no care for a struggling family.
PMR has been around for a long time. They have numerous properties here, in NE, MO, and OK. They have gotten better at responding to maintenance requests and it's not difficult to rent from them but you have to pay an application fee and they dont allow pets in apartments, only houses. Their pet deposit for me was a whopping $400 for one cat. They charge alot for rent considering how many properties they have. Trash customer service
Not pleased at all with maintenance. My AC went out and I put in a work order. It took them over 10 days to show up. A guy showed up, looked at the thermostat, walked out and never came back. Temps in my house maxed out at 97 degrees. I was forced into a hotel which cost me nearly as much as my rent. Now who is going to pay that? PMR? No, me. I hope they can fix this issue so nobody else has to have this happen.
@ean halstead please message me if you Can! My rental is paid through the end of July, gave 30 day notice on 7/11. I was told that the notice needs to be given 30 days before rent is due so now they want to keep the deposit, charge another full month of rent for August and charge me $800 for “not giving a 30 day notice “. Today I went to clear out the last of my belongings and to clean up to find that they entered the home and took everything and cleaned the place. No notice or warning.
