Absolutely no stars, trash rental company that will change the lease without telling tenants just to kick the family out and the end of the year. Won't fix issues like leaking sinks in the kitchen and bathroom leading to mold. Everytime 'maintenance' went to look at my leaks they said nothing was wrong. Same with my AC and Heater. I would strongly recommend NO ONE rent through PMR. Absolutely shitty management in the 'office' too.
This organization really should have after hours emergency services. Not even writing this for me nor do I now or ever have I rented from them. Have a neighbor across the street with an elderly man and woman in a PMR property and they have NO electricity and NO gas for heating and its winter and "after hours" and I can't help them and PMR should since it is their property to take care of and manage. This is shoddy management and very super unprofessional.
They have a home listed on their website, zillow, facebook, apartments , etc at 6205 Washington Street, Saint Joseph, MO 64504 and there are people living there. I was seeking to sale my home on Lovers Lane and Oh my, is this the kind of crap I will be dealing with if I want to rent. They had been notiified that this place is pooisted available and are arguing that it is but there is a family living there...WOW!
This management is renting house that are already rented and getting the application fees. I think everyone needs to take them to court if you have gone through this.
