Not pleased at all with maintenance. My AC went out and I put in a work order. It took them over 10 days to show up. A guy showed up, looked at the thermostat, walked out and never came back. Temps in my house maxed out at 97 degrees. I was forced into a hotel which cost me nearly as much as my rent. Now who is going to pay that? PMR? No, me. I hope they can fix this issue so nobody else has to have this happen.
@ean halstead please message me if you Can! My rental is paid through the end of July, gave 30 day notice on 7/11. I was told that the notice needs to be given 30 days before rent is due so now they want to keep the deposit, charge another full month of rent for August and charge me $800 for “not giving a 30 day notice “. Today I went to clear out the last of my belongings and to clean up to find that they entered the home and took everything and cleaned the place. No notice or warning. Horrible company. Couldn't care less about their units in different states. They cancel work orders and raise rent without ever properly fixing anything. Trust me and keep looking.
The council bluffs location got so many bad reviews they took their Google page down. So this is more for them, but I know it is connected to here and I'm certain is a reflection of company culture according to the reviews here . Roach infested property that they don't properly take care of, shotty maintenence work and run down apartments, all sorts of criminal activity, they towed my car despite me having space in the lease filling the tire with air.
