They send us a message about coming to view one of their places , and then when we went to put in an application , they said that there was already approved applications ahead of us , and that somebody was going to move in. They let us view the house still and it had dog crap ground into the carpet upstairs as well as paint and markers. Not the first place that i've seen with similar attributes.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM,from unlicensed contractors to make "repairs" to being left without water for 48+hrs, completely unprofessional company that will leave you without basic living necessities until they can send their own unlicensed handyman out
I needed my kitchen sink uncloged maintenance came out the next day fixed it and their workers were professional and courteous I give them 5 stars
I strongly do not recommend renting from PMR Properties. They are an out-of-state investor managing properties in Lawton, OK, and my experience has been absolutely terrible. I moved into this rental and went without hot water from December 8 through January 2,nearly a full month. Despite repeated notifications, this was not addressed in a timely manner.
