We got stuck in a tough situation being from out of town and our car breaking down in Marion but I'm so glad we ended up getting it sent to PMR. William and the team over there were incredibly helpful and kind and the service was excellent. I would recommend them 100% if your vehicle needs maintenance or repairs.

If I could give 50 STARS I would!!!! I'm from Metropolis (50 miles away). PMR is an authorized service center for my extended warranty. There was an issue with my engine. Will worked his magic with the warranty company and they agreed to replace my engine. While doing the engine replacement, they found out that my radiator was leaking as well. Great experience! I was passing through town and my check engine light came on, turns out I needed a wheel bearing replaced so I could make the 4 hour drive home. They got it done same day so I could get home for work the next day. The guys were all really friendly and they were very patient explaining what work needed to be done and why.
