We enjoyed The Seasons very much. It was quiet, and at times we could hear the river (soothing) and the geese in Lake Keystone. We enjoyed other wildlife in the area, including hummingbirds and Stellar's Jays. The location is convenient to everything Keystone, and to locations we frequent like Horseshoe Basin and Loveland Pass. It's not that far to go over to our other spots in Frisco, Breck, Blue Lakes, Fairplay, etc., and with the 70 nearby we easily travelled to Copper/Leadville/Camp Hale. We have booked vacation rentals for years using VRBO and Airbnb. Our experience this year booking through PMI Summit Colorado has forever changed our vacation rental quest going forward. There is simply no substitute for speaking with a live and knowledgeable person when exploring the miriad of options available with vacation rentals. The service provided by PMI was outstanding! Great Vrbo. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you need. Clean and great location. Beds were comfortable and patio was nice to relax on. Pool and Hot tub were great. Lake view and close to amphitheater.
Loved the scenery out of my bedroom window. Location was great and we had plenty of room for 4 people. Just a couple of things were disappointing; no washer and dryer in the unit and the pool was too cold to enjoy a swim. Loved the hot tubs.
Very nice rental, well cared for and it worked well for us. The bedding/mattresses could definitely be upgraded though. It was very clean when we arrived. Beautiful area and the hot tub was a bonus.
