Be careful with this Property Management.They charge a lot of fees. As a tenant, this is the worst property management. At first, I am very happy when we got approved to rent one of their properties but eventually became a nightmare to us. Just after one year of renting, they increased our rent to $400. And when the washer is not working, they charge me for more than $700 for the repair for just replacing the belt which is horrible.
